CANCELLATION POLICY

All the applications for the cancellation of a reservation should be submitted a minimum of 12 hours before the transport. In case a reservation is cancelled 12 hours from the scheduled transport, the money is returned without the costs of the bank. 

Where a booking is cancelled within 12 hours of the scheduled pick up time the company reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee.

MEDIA

By making a booking with Smart Drivers, you agree to be legally bound by these terms and conditions as they may be modified and posted on our web site from time to time.

PAYMENT

If you make payment by credit or debit card, the charge on your credit card statement will be shown as ‘Smart Drivers’.

COMPLAINTS

We hope your travel arrangements run as smoothly as possible and that you will enjoy your trip. However, if you have a complaint while you are in the vehicle, you must first report it immediately to the driver. If the problem cannot be resolved on the spot you should make a written complaint to our head offices and report the matter in writing to Smart Drivers within 14 days of returning to the your country. Please note that you should allow 28 days so that all issues raised can be concluded and resolved.
